GIC Housing Finance’s net profit rises 20.97% in Q2 FY25, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: GIC Housing Finance has reported a growth of 20.97 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 36.52 crore in Q2 FY25 as against Rs 30.19 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 265.70 crore in Q2 FY25, a dip of 1.66 per cent from Rs 270.19 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

As on September 30, 2024, its net worth stood at Rs 1,880.55 crore, debt-equity ratio was 4.60, total debts to total assets was 81.47% and net profit margin was 13.74%.
