Macrotech Developers to acquire Janus Logistics and Industrial Parks for Rs 47.94 crore, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Macrotech Developers has executed a share purchase agreement with Phoenix Logistics and Industrial Parks for acquisition of 100% stake in Janus Logistics and Industrial Parks (JLIPPL) for Rs 47.94 crore, pursuant to which it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

“The acquisition is in pursuance of our planned strategy for calibrated growth in digital Infrastructure viz industrial and logistics,” the company said in the regulatory filing.

JLIPPL is engaged in the business of construction and development of warehousing and logistics assets.
